- Terms and Conditions of Payments:
- 1. Only Enquiry Form emailed not less than 5 days in advance of check in date will be entertained.
- 2. Booking shall be confirmed upon received of booking fees.
- 3. Booking Fees shall be paid only upon confirmation of room availability via email.
- 4. Cancellation can only be allowed not less than 5 days in advance of check in date.
- 5. Cancellation charges shall be minimum RM100.00 or 25% of deposit, whichever greater.
- 6. Balance of the Total Amount and Deposit shall be fully settled/paid in cash upon check in.
- 7. The deposit shall be refunded in full upon checking out.
Otherwise a fair amount will be deducted from the deposit to compensate for damage to any facility caused by guests.
